In the News…

Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, an advocate for the Medical Freedom Movement, recently held a four-hour roundtable titled “COVID-19 Hospital Protocols: Real Stories from Real People.” The discussion focused on “how hospitals failed to administer proper care” during the COVID-19 pandemic. Patients, families, doctors, and nurses shared their experiences with “cruel“ hospital protocols and mistreatment, as well as harassment toward, or refusal to treat, those who were unvaccinated.

Senator Johnson said that while he held “deep respect and sincere appreciation for doctors, nurses, and the marvels of what modern medicine has accomplished,” leaders “used the fear of the unknown” during the pandemic to “gain undue power and control over our response to COVID.“

The senator highlighted, “Patients lost their freedom. Family members could not visit and comfort their dying loved ones, patient and family members’ requests to administer multi-drug protocols using the cheap, widely available FDA-approved generic drugs were rejected in favor of highly expensive remdesivir and ventilators with a distressingly low rate of success.”

“We did not deny anyone the opportunity to submit testimony,“ Senator Johnson responded when asked why no doctors or hospital administrators appeared at the roundtable to defend the protocols. “Unfortunately, hospitals, doctors, and nurses with a different point of view did not submit testimony or request to testify.”
